Absolute Must:
- Must have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Must possess good negotiation skills and excellent judgment
- Must have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic with exception interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- Implement full cycle Accounts Payable
- Match invoices to supporting documentation (P.O’s packing slips etc.)
- Check invoice pricing
- Prepare batches of invoices to be entered into the system
- Resolve any discrepancies that occur by retrieving supporting documentation
- Respond to any vendor inquiries
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments as required
- Printing, photocopying and filing
- Assist with internal & external audits as needed
- Additional duties may be assigned as required
- Reception backup
Ideally:
- Must have excellent Communication Skills, Customer Service & Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of BrokerPro, HubTran, and Quickbooks would be an asset
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be willing to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to handle high volume of paper work
- Must be responsible and reliable
- Must be able to work independently, and as a team player
- Business / Accounting Educational background, or related work experience
