Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to manage cleaning staff and coordinate maintenance activities effectively.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across all areas of the facility.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and use of equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and custodial supplies.
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks as needed, utilizing hand tools and power tools for repairs or upkeep.
- Oversee commercial cleaning projects, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
- Address guest or client concerns related to cleanliness or maintenance promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, supplies used, and staff schedules.
- Ensure heavy lifting tasks are performed safely during cleaning or maintenance activities.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial work, facilities maintenance, or commercial cleaning roles.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with staff and clients.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling supplies or equipment.
- Outstanding communication skills for training staff and coordinating with other departments or management teams.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
