Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are spotless and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and possess excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding customer service. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to client requests
- Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required by clients (nice-to-have skill)
Skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communication with diverse clients
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential environments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle laundry and other household chores with care and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to build positive client relationships
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Hospitality experience or background is advantageous for understanding client expectations
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation for timely arrival at client locations
Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
