Regiment Staffing is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of an appliance dealership’s storage and distribution center.
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of high-value, bulky inventory—from receiving manufacturer shipments to routing final-mile deliveries to retail customers and job sites. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who prioritizes safety, excels at inventory accuracy, and knows how to manage a team to minimize product damage.
Core Responsibilities
Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations
- Oversee all incoming vendor shipments and verify counts against purchase orders.
- Enforce strict handling procedures to prevent cosmetic or functional damage (scratches, dents) to high-end appliances.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to maintain 99%+ accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse layout and slotting to maximize space utilization for seasonal stock surges.
Logistics & Final-Mile Delivery
- Coordinate daily dispatch, load-outs, and routing for delivery and installation trucks.
- Resolve delivery delays, missed windows, or vehicle breakdowns in real-time.
- Inspect and process returned items, damaged freight, and manufacturer defects (RMAs) promptly.
Team Leadership & Safety
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a dedicated team of warehouse associates and drivers.
- Enforce rigorous OSHA compliance, safety protocols, and proper lifting techniques.
- Certify and train staff on material handling equipment, including forklifts and clamp trucks.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized facility.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of warehouse management experience, specifically handling big-box goods, furniture, or major home appliances.
- Equipment: Valid forklift certification required; experience operating clamp attachments is highly preferred.
- Technology: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory tracking software, and delivery routing apps.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to [75] lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
