Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, childcare, and classroom management, with the ability to support diverse learners including children with disabilities. We also have infant/toddler rooms that are in rotation with our other ECE's in the facility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with educational standards and individual student needs.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children through engaging activities and positive interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to tailor educational approaches for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavioral observations.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development, milestones, and any concerns.
- Manage classroom materials, supplies, and resources efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with licensing regulations and best practices.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working with children across various age groups within early childhood settings.
- Knowledge of special education strategies and experience working with children with disabilities is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
- Proficiency in computer operation, including classroom management software and educational tools.
- Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans, documentation, and classroom resources efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide classroom activities and support team collaboration.
- Effective time management skills to balance planning, instruction, and administrative duties.
- Writing skills for documentation, reports, and parent communications.

Pay: $69,000.00 per year
