Qualifications:
· Registered Early Childhood Education Diploma (RECE) and be in good standing with the college of ECE’s
· Current and clear Criminal Reference & Vulnerable Sector Checks.
· Valid CPR/ First Aid certification – Level C
· Updated Immunization Record

· Experience with planning and implementing programs
Job Responsibilities:
· Meticulously manage the day-to- day operations of the classroom including, but not limited to: lesson instruction, daily recording, diapering, playground supervision, etc.
· Maintain a hygienic, neat, prepared and organized environment consistent with the Montessori pedagogy
· Develop effective relationships with parents and communicate with them daily
· Provide a program that complies with Ministry of Education requirements for licensed programming while incorporating Montessori Pedagogy
· Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and courtesy at all times
· Demonstrate sound knowledge of all relevant sections of the Child Care & Early Years Act
