Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting administrative functions within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a friendly demeanor to ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors alike.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients promptly and professionally at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff and departments
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing, record keeping, and document management with attention to detail
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, proofreading, and preparing correspondence
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment
- Support bookkeeping and basic financial recordkeeping as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred
- Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, and document proofreading
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities
- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting is a plus but not required
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities with professionalism and discretion
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Pay: $17.20-$27.21 per hour
