Read this first
We do paint protection film (PPF), Icon Rocklear coatings, window tint, and a bit of ceramic — and we do it at a level most shops can't touch. We're not looking for someone to "answer phones." We're looking for a hunter — the person who owns the front of the house, never lets a lead go cold, and treats every quote like money sitting on the table that they're going to go collect.
If you wait to be told what to do, this isn't your job. If you see an unreturned call or a quote that hasn't been followed up on and it physically bothers you until it's handled — keep reading.

Already closing at another shop? This is your upgrade.
If you're the top closer at a PPF, ceramic, or tint shop, we wrote this part for you.
Here's the ceiling you're hitting right now: you can only sell what's on your menu. Every shop and dealership in Calgary is pushing the same default PPF/ceramic combo — so you're stuck competing on price and charm alone, recommending the identical package whether it actually fits the customer or not.
We're built different where it counts. We carry Icon Rocklear with exclusivity — products and options your current shop literally cannot put in front of a customer. For a closer, that changes everything:
- You recommend things no competitor in the city can match — so you're out of the price war and selling on value
- You sell to the customer's actual life — daily driver, weekend toy, work truck, lease vs. keep-forever — instead of forcing one combo on every car that rolls in
- You get more at-bats — that exclusivity keeps us genuinely slammed, so you're closing warmer leads more often than you are today
You're already putting up numbers with one hand tied behind your back. Imagine what you do with a product suite that actually backs you up.

What you'll own
You own the customer — from the first inquiry to the keys-back handoff. The production team owns the install. Your job is to keep the front of the house full, fast, and flawless.
- Every lead, start to finish. Inbound calls, texts, web inquiries, walk-ins. You answer fast, you qualify, you book.
- Follow-up that doesn't quit. Most shops quote once and pray. You'll work a quote until it's a yes or a hard no — calls, texts, follow-ups on a schedule. This is where the money is.
- Booking into real capacity. You set appointments and timelines in coordination with the production team — you sell into the schedule the floor can actually deliver, never over it. You'll have the real numbers; your job is to fill the calendar smartly, not to over-promise to land a deal.
- The customer side of intake. Greeting drop-offs, setting clear expectations, explaining the process, making every customer feel handled. (The technical intake walkaround and vehicle condition documentation is handled by the install team — you own the conversation, they own the inspection.)
- The customer side of delivery. "Your car's ready" calls, the handoff, care instructions, and sending people out thrilled. (Final QC sign-off is the GM's call — you deliver the experience once the work is cleared.)
- CRM discipline. Every lead, every quote, every follow-up logged. If it's not in the system, it didn't happen.
- Warranty registration & paperwork so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Protecting the owner's time so he can focus on consults, sales, and running the team — not chasing things you've already handled.

What we need from you
- A track record of sales, closing, or aggressive follow-up — automotive, retail, hospitality, call center, wherever. We care about results, not pedigree.
- Self-starter energy. You create momentum; you don't wait for it.
- Organized enough to juggle a full board of customers without dropping balls.
- A team player who respects the floor. You and the install team work as one — you set the promise, they deliver the work. The best advisors make the techs' lives easier, not harder.
- Comfortable on the phone and in person — you can build rapport and ask for the sale.
- Reliable on a weekend-heavy schedule. Saturdays and Sundays are non-negotiable.
- Bonus: experience in automotive, detailing, PPF/tint, or a service-based trade. Not required if you're a fast learner and a closer.

What we offer
- Base pay: $24/hr to start, based on experience (~$50,000/yr)
- Uncapped commission on shop revenue, paid monthly — and it accelerates once we hit target, so the harder you drive the calendar, the bigger every cheque gets. No ceiling.
- On-target earnings around $72,000/yr, with strong closers pushing $80,000+ — right at or above the top of the Calgary service-advisor market
- A crucial, high-trust role with real ownership and room to grow as the shop grows
- A team that takes pride in elite-level work
