Intermediate Accountant (Contract)
Recruitment Partners has an ongoing need for Intermediate Accountants! We are searching for a highly detailed intermediate accountants for multiple contract opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Full cycle Accounts Payable;
- Invoicing;
- Account reconciliations;
- Ensure accuracy of journal entries and organization of filing;
- GST returns;
- Month end activities;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Verify invoices and send to clients
- Job costing and analysis
Other desirable attributes include:
- 4+ years of related experience, preferably supplemented with an accounting diploma;
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills;
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel (with a knowledge of pivot tables)
- Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with staff at all levels of the organization.
