Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks and related equipment safely and professionally
- Respond to dispatch calls and provide roadside assistance services
- Perform vehicle recoveries and transportation services
- Deliver excellent customer service during stressful situations
- Complete required paperwork and communicate effectively with dispatch
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on assigned equipment
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Previous towing and recovery experience is an asset but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, on-call shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Mechanical aptitude is considered an asset
