Shine Cleaning is hiring cleaners available to start immediately. We are a fast-growing, premium residential cleaning company based in Montreal, with expansion into new cities. Our customers love our service, and we focus on delivering consistent, high-quality cleanings with a strong emphasis on professionalism and reliability. We mainly clean homes and apartments, with a mix of recurring and one-time services.
Two Flexible Work Arrangements Available
Short-Term – under 6 months:
Mostly one-off services, including deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleanings
Flexible schedule – work when you want
Great for those looking for temporary or supplemental income
Long-Term – 6 months or more:
Regular recurring services and predictable schedule
Stable income for planning and consistency
Opportunity for pay increases and priority scheduling based on performance
What we offer:

Ideally, you need to have:
- Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (residential, commercial, hotel, etc.)
- Valid work authorization in Canada
- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Smartphone with data access
- Able to pass a police background check
- Basic cleaning supplies (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards

Profil recherché :
- Minimum 1 an d’expérience en nettoyage (résidentiel, commercial, hôtel, etc.)
- Autorisation de travail valide au Canada

- Capacité à passer une vérification des antécédents judiciaires
- Produits de nettoyage de base (préféré)
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à maintenir des standards de qualité élevés
