We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales and business development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, manage a team, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. The Branch Manager will be responsible for implementing process improvements, supervising staff, and fostering a positive work environment to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities.
- Manage, motivate, and supervise staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote business growth.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance operational productivity.
- Coordinate project management activities across departments to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive business development efforts through networking, outreach, and market analysis.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or business development with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue streams.
- Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Leadership experience in supervising teams or managing staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans, and execute effectively.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
