Responsibilities:

Experience:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to sell products and upsell to customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Experience with cashiering and operating a cash register
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer base
- Strong customer service skills to provide personalized assistance
- Familiarity with technical sales or electronics is an advantage
