<Responsibilities>
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, in-person, and online channels.
- Provide accurate information about admission requirements, program offerings, tuition, schedules, deadlines, and campus services.
- Participate in college recruitment activities such as open houses, campus tours, community events, and school visits.
- Review and evaluate student applications for completeness and eligibility based on admission standards.
- Check supporting documentation (transcripts, diplomas, test scores, English proficiency, etc.) and follow up with applicants for missing information.
- Enter and maintain application and student data accurately in the admissions tracking system (CRM/SIS)
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract diverse student populations through outreach events, high school visits, and community engagement
- Guide applicants through the admission process, answering questions and explaining procedures from inquiry to acceptance.
- Refer students to financial services, program advisors, or international student support as required.
- Assist admitted students with next steps, including orientation materials and enrollment confirmations.
- Collaborate with College staff and faculty to ensure a seamless admissions experience for all applicants
<Skills>
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse audiences
- Strong background in education administration, academic advising, or related fields within higher education
- Proven experience in admission counselling
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students from various backgrounds and educational levels
- Previous College experience in Admissions team is highly appreciated for this role.
- Exceptional organizational skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
