We’re now looking for an experienced and dependable Administrator to take ownership of the company’s administrative and general bookkeeping requirements. This is a key position — the person who ensures that the business runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and our team stays organized and supported.
You will work with and support our Financial Operations Manager to keeps the details under control so our site teams can focus on the work in the field.
The Role:
The Administrator will be responsible for all office and administrative activities, including bookkeeping, payroll, minor HR administration. You’ll also take care of the details that keep a business running — such as bookings, scheduling, documentation, and ensuring communication stays on track.
Responsibilities
- General bookkeeping, payroll, and remittances
- Administration of employee records, onboarding, and timesheets.
- Oversight of insurance, leases, permits, and vendor accounts.
- Scheduling and coordination support for projects and service work.
- General office management — ordering supplies, managing service providers, keeping systems organized.
- Supporting the Financial Operations Manager with planning, documentation, and task follow-up.
About You
You are highly organized, proactive, and take pride in working an efficient office. You have strong bookkeeping and administrative skills, understand the importance of accuracy and deadlines, and can balance professionalism with a warm, approachable manner. You enjoy being the steady point everyone relies on — the person who “keeps things together.”
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a construction, trades, or agriculture environment.
- Excel, Word, Google Suite, iWork programs and tools
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and payroll (QuickBooks or similar).
- Solid understanding of employment and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A practical, can-do approach and the ability to work independently.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
