Position Summary
Reporting to the head of administration, this position is for a purchasing administrator. This position is a 1 year contract, with potential for full time.
Qualifications
- Canadian citizenship and the ability to pass a background check under the Controlled Goods Directorate is MANDATORY
- Proficiency in Quickbooks SOS Inventory programs. Knowledge and ability to easily work with BOMs and assemblies is essential.
- Work with production and sales to ensure adequate inventory levels
- Liaise with outside production partners to ensure proper/timely completion of production and delivery/receipt of new stock
- Ability to source new vendors and negotiate best prices.
- Entering of item receipts and invoices in accounting.
- Organizing product and parts shipments
- ISO Experience preferred
