Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Helper to join their team in North York. The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience and be able to assist with residential and commercial projects. Must have experience using circular saw, framing , measuring ..etc...
Responsibilities:
Assist with drywall installation, framing, and general construction work- Read measurements and use measuring tools accurately
- Operate and use a variety of hand and power tools safely including circular saw
- Load, unload, and move construction materials
- Assist with site preparation, clean-up, and demolition as required
- Follow supervisor instructions and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
Previous construction experience required- Experience installing drywall and taking accurate measurements
- Ability to use common construction tools and equipment
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labour
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
