Director of Physiotherapy & Performance Rehabilitation
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $115,000–$130,000+ (based on experience and leadership capability)
At Principle Athletic Performance, we believe rehabilitation should do more than return people to activity, it should return them to performance.
We are building a multidisciplinary performance facility where physiotherapy, physical preparation, and long-term athlete development work together to create exceptional outcomes for athletes and active individuals.
We're seeking an ambitious and experienced physiotherapist to join our leadership team as our Director of Physiotherapy & Performance Rehabilitation.
This is more than a clinical leadership role.
This is an opportunity to build, lead, and grow an entire department while helping shape the future of one of Saskatchewan's emerging performance organizations.
You'll work directly alongside the Owner and Director of Performance to establish clinical standards, develop systems, recruit and mentor future clinicians, build referral relationships, and drive the continued growth of rehabilitation services.
If you're excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful instead of simply maintaining the status quo, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Deliver Exceptional Clinical Care
- Provide evidence-informed physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services.
- Manage complex musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sport-related injuries.
- Design rehabilitation plans that seamlessly integrate with physical preparation and return-to-performance programming.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from initial assessment through full return to performance.
Lead the Physiotherapy Department
- Build and lead the Physiotherapy & Performance Rehabilitation department.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, mentor, and develop future physiotherapists.
- Establish clinical standards, systems, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead regular clinical meetings and professional development initiatives.
Drive Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to grow rehabilitation services.
- Manage an annual department growth budget.
- Build relationships with physicians, surgeons, coaches, sport organizations, and community partners.
- Identify opportunities for new services and programs that enhance client outcomes and organisational growth.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, educational events, and community engagement.

As a member of the leadership team, you'll play an integral role in the ongoing development of Principle Athletic Performance.
You'll contribute to:

- Built strong referral relationships throughout the community.
- Helped make Principle Athletic Performance a leading destination for athletic rehabilitation in Saskatchewan.
- Embedded physiotherapy into every stage of our performance model.
- Created a foundation for future department growth and clinician development.
Who You Are
You're an experienced physiotherapist who enjoys leading others and solving problems.
You don't wait to be told what needs improving, you identify opportunities and take ownership.
You're energised by building systems, developing people, and creating environments where both clients and clinicians thrive.
Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to help build something that will have a lasting impact on athletes, active individuals, and the profession itself.
