We are looking for a highly driven, relationship-focused Retail Education & Growth Manager to help increase retail sell-through, strengthen pharmacy relationships, and drive product velocity across retail and pharmacy channels.
- This is not a traditional sales role.
- A traditional sales rep gets products onto shelves.
- This role drives product movement.
Position Overview
The Retail Education & Growth Manager will work directly with pharmacies, retail stores, healthcare staff, and consumers to increase product awareness, education, merchandising quality, and reorder frequency.
You will become the face of Naturemary at store level — building trust, educating teams, improving in-store execution, and helping drive sustainable retail growth.

Core Responsibilities:
Retail & Pharmacy Education
Educate pharmacists and retail staff on Naturemary products
Conduct in-store / Online training sessions and product demonstrations
Explain product benefits, use cases, and differentiators
Increase staff confidence in recommending products to customers
Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and store teams
Merchandising & In-Store Execution
Ensure shelves remain organized, front-faced, and fully stocked
Improve product visibility and placement opportunities
Set up displays, counter placements, and promotional materials
Maintain planogram compliance where applicable
Monitor competitor positioning and retail trends
Sell-Through & Inventory Growth
Monitor product velocity and store performance
Identify opportunities to increase turns and reorder frequency
Work with store managers to prevent out-of-stock situations
Support SKU expansion opportunities within accounts
Help improve overall retail performance and customer engagement
Field Activations & Customer Engagement
Represent Naturemary professionally in retail and healthcare environments
Gather customer and retailer feedback to improve future execution
Support local marketing initiatives and promotions
Reporting & KPI Tracking
Track and report on:
Revenue growth per account
Product turns and sell-through rates
Reorder frequency
Store visits completed
Staff trainings completed
Display placements secured
Retail compliance and merchandising standards
New opportunities identified within accounts
Compensation Structure
Starting Compensation
$2,000/month base compensation
5% commission on revenue growth generated through managed accounts and efforts

Experience in retail, pharmacy, merchandising, wellness, or field sales preferred

Ability to build trust quickly with retail teams and healthcare professionals
