Responsibilities

- Upsell menu items to enhance the experience and increase sales.
- Serve beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation when necessary to support kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant/bar environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure food safety standards are met.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A willingness to learn about menu items and enhance upselling techniques for improved customer experiences.
