Key Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and refresh guest rooms to hotel standards (making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities).
- Manage laundry and maintain well-stocked, organized housekeeping carts and linen closets.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness throughout guest rooms and hallways.
- Promptly report any room maintenance issues, damage, or lost-and-found items to management.
- Work efficiently and independently while maintaining a strong eye for detail in a busy hotel environment.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with reasonable requests when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability & Punctuality: Dependable team members who show up ready to roll.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform active work, including bending, lifting, pushing heavy carts, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for cleanliness and presentation.
- Positive Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and friendly under pressure.
- Experience: Prior hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
