Overview:
RS Ferguson Construction is hiring full-time construction labourers to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks on job sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle
- Must be able to take direction
- Must be able to do physical work such as shoveling, or carrying equipment and materials
- Experience with septic systems, sewer and water lines, and heavy equipment is considered an asset
Compensation:
- Competitive pay depending on experience: $20-40/hr
