SMRO Auto Service is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience while helping our technicians keep vehicles safe and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians.
- Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations in a clear, professional manner.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
- Open and close repair orders accurately.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service.
- Help achieve shop sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Experience with shop management software is an asset.
- Valid driver's license.
