- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery, equipment, and production systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
- Install, align, and test new machinery and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
- Replace defective parts, bearings, motors, belts, gears, and other components.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Use maintenance management systems to document repairs, inspections, and service activities.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Operate maintenance tools, testing instruments, and welding equipment as required.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, spare parts, and tools.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform repairs in a timely manner.
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures and workplace safety policies.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Other duties as they may be assigned.
Requirements
- 1-2 year Mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Welding/fabrication experience and safety
- Ability to work independently and safely
- Must be Available to work Monday, Thursday and Friday.
- Overtime as required
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
