Physiomed Milton is a growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinic looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience while supporting our team of healthcare professionals.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Coordinate practitioner schedules and manage a busy reception desk
- Process payments, insurance information, and patient documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Help keep clinic operations running smoothly every day
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong computer skills
- Previous healthcare or medical reception experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
