Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Baker Assistant to join our team . As a Baker Assistant, you will support our head baker in preparing and creating fresh, delicious bakery products, ensuring that our quality standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and mixing ingredients for bread, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and molds.
- Follow recipes and production procedures with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Perform cleaning and inventory organization tasks.
- Provide customer service and take orders, if necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems and improve production processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is a plus but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of bakery techniques and ingredient handling.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to follow detailed instructions and meet quality standards.
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed.
