Job description:
TMH Industries Inc is a Calgary-based company specializing in the delivery of landscape and construction materials throughout the Calgary region.
Our fleet operates flat deck trucks equipped with truck-mounted Moffett forklifts, allowing us to deliver materials directly to residential and commercial job sites safely and efficiently.
We are looking for a skilled Class 3 driver with Moffett experience who takes pride in safe operations, professional customer service, and efficient jobsite deliveries.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Safely operating a Class 3 flat deck truck with rear-mounted Moffett forklift
- Delivering landscape and construction materials safely
- Load and unload landscape and construction materials from residential and commercial job sites
- Operating the Moffett forklift safely and efficiently
- Performing daily inspections of truck and Moffett equipment to ensure compliance
- Ensuring cargo securement complies with NSC standards
- Maintaining a professional and courteous attitude with customers and site crews
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years commercial driving experience
- Valid Class 3 driver’s licence
- Moffett (truck-mounted forklift) experience
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and load securement
- Must be able to pass D&A test upon hire
Preferred experience:
- Construction or landscape material delivery
- Experience working on active construction sites
Compensation & Benefits
- $30 – $35 per hour depending on experience
- Full-time position
- Overtime available during peak season
- Local deliveries – home daily
