Position Summary
The Golf Operations Associate plays a key role in the daily success of The Golf Factory. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, supporting daily operations, assisting members and guests, and ensuring our facility maintains the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Responsibilities Customer Service
- Welcome members and guests to the facility
- Assist customers with bookings, memberships, lessons, leagues, and general inquiries
- Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience
- Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions
- Build positive relationships with members and guests
Facility Operations
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the facility
- Ensure simulator bays, practice areas, and common spaces remain clean, organized, and presentable
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Monitor facility standards and report operational issues when necessary
Membership & Sales Support
- Assist with membership inquiries and onboarding
- Promote memberships, lessons, leagues, tournaments, and events
- Support membership retention initiatives
- Help maintain accurate customer records and bookings
Events & Programming
- Assist with league administration and tournament operations
- Support corporate events and facility rentals
- Help coordinate special events and promotional activities throughout the year
Administrative Duties
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Manage reservations and scheduling
- Assist with inventory management and facility supplies
- Support management with various operational projects
QualificationsPreferred Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service background
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer knowledge and confidence working with technology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Assets
- Passion for golf and knowledge of the game
- Experience with TrackMan technology and golf simulator operations
- Experience working in a golf facility, sports facility, hospitality, recreation, or retail environment
- Experience with event coordination, leagues, or tournament operations
- Sales, membership, or customer relationship experience
