Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and excellent patient experience. This role offers an opportunity to work two Sundays per month and one additional weekday in a collaborative environment with advanced technology and a supportive team focused on delivering exceptional oral health services. This part-time position has the potential to transition into a full-time role.
Duties
- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings and extractions. Also, have the ability to manage emergency patients.
- Diagnose dental conditions through clinical evaluation and radiographs.
- Develop and discuss treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Utilize dental software TRACKER for patient records management.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Provide care for pediatric patients with a compassionate approach, especially when working with children (Pediatrics).
Skills
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as TRACKER
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds
- Excellent clinical skills combined with attention to detail and patient comfort.

Pay: $100,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
