Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the varying needs of students.
- Educate students in various subjects, ensuring comprehension and retention of material.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Utilize computer operation skills to integrate technology into lessons and facilitate student learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance, providing feedback to students and parents as necessary.
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to develop strategies for students with disabilities or special needs.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices and innovations.
- Write reports and documentation as required, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to effectively balance teaching responsibilities and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in computer operation for educational purposes, including familiarity with educational software and tools.
- Ability to create inclusive lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Excellent written communication skills in English for documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- A commitment to fostering a nurturing environment for all students, including those with disabilities.
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
