Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, grilling meats, and assembling dishes
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and cleaning cooking equipment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Adhere to all food industry regulations and guidelines
Skills:
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
