Responsibilities include and are not limited to
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Present and sell dealership products and services to existing and prospective clients, delivering a premium automotive sales experience.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals generated through field activity, marketing initiatives, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare quotes and summaries tailored to client needs.
Product Demonstration & Client Engagement
- Provide clients with test drives and comprehensive vehicle walk‑throughs, demonstrating features, technology, and vehicle benefits.
- Identify, address, and resolve client concerns to ensure a positive buying experience and build long‑term relationships.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of manufacturer programs, incentives, and promotions currently being offered.
Marketing & Event Participation
- Participate in marketing and promotional events including vehicle launches, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and enhance brand presence.
Vehicle Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for customer handover.
- Provide a thorough and professional vehicle delivery, ensuring clients understand ownership features, warranties, and next steps.
Deal Structuring & Internal Collaboration
- Review and understand all deal components, including cash, finance, and lease agreements.
- Collaborate closely with Finance Managers and Delivery Specialists to ensure accurate documentation and smooth transaction processing.
Client Follow‑Up & Relationship Management
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact through delivery and post‑delivery follow‑up.
Training, Compliance & Performance Standards
- Complete all mandatory training requirements as established by the manufacturer and Mark Motors Group.
- Maintain required Customer Satisfaction Index (SSI) levels as defined by the manufacturer and dealership standards.
Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in English/French/Mandarin
Valid OMVIC License
Valid G Drivers license and clean drivers abstract
2-4 years in an automotive sales role or a related position
Job type Full time - Earnings depend on person commission for sales.
