Job Overview:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in housekeeping, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our rental properties for incoming guests and owners.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock essential supplies.
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are spotless and in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Cleaning Manager.
- Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures to maintain consistent quality and appearance.
- Work efficiently to complete turnovers between guest stays on time.
- Handle cleaning supplies responsibly and ensure proper storage.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (short-term rentals, hotels, or hospitality preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
