We are currently seeking a Full-Time Surgical Assistant Manager to support the Surgical Director and contribute to the smooth operation of our surgical and clinical services.
About the Role
The Surgical Assistant Manager plays an important role in supporting daily surgical operations within a busy, multidisciplinary ophthalmology clinic. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Surgical Director
- Assist with coordination and scheduling of surgical services, clinicians, and staff
- Ensure clinic operations align with established policies and procedures
- Support workflow efficiency and communication across clinical and administrative teams
- Contribute to a positive patient experience through professionalism and attention to detail
- Maintain efficient invenotry management
