About Us
Alliance Elevator Ltd. is an established Ontario elevator contractor providing installation, modernization, maintenance and repair services throughout the province.
Our newest division, Alliance Parking Solutions, is introducing world-class automated parking systems to Eastern Canada through an exclusive partnership with WÖHR Autoparksysteme GmbH, one of the world's leading manufacturers of automated parking technology.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to help expand both divisions while building lasting relationships across the construction and development industry.
About the Role
This is not a high-pressure sales position.
We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating opportunities, and building long-term relationships with developers, architects, engineers, property managers, consultants, municipalities, and general contractors.
You'll play a key role in growing our existing elevator business while helping introduce innovative automated parking technology to the Canadian market.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build relationships with developers, architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors
- Meet with prospective clients to understand project requirements
- Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and trade shows
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals and quotations
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Track opportunities using our CRM system
- Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities
- Assist with marketing initiatives and LinkedIn outreach
- Participate in project strategy meetings
- Help grow both Alliance Elevator and Alliance Parking Solutions throughout Ontario and Eastern Canada
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, project coordination, or account management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable speaking with professionals at all levels of an organization
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM software is considered an asset
