We are a mobile coffee cart/bar serving private and corporate events across the GTA, and we’re looking for an experienced barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled with espresso machines and grinders, can craft a variety of coffee and iced beverages, and has experience with latte art.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down the beverage workstation and equipment
- Prepare and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages, including iced drinks
- Take customer orders and provide outstanding service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with drink and food preparation as needed
- Lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the day
- Present a professional appearance in all-black formal attire for weddings and special events
- Travel to different locations across GTA as required
Requirements & Experience:
- Proven experience in food service, retail, or barista roles
- Skilled in espresso machine operation, grinders, and latte art (must-have)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, punctual, and reliable
- G driver’s license and experience driving a cargo van is a plus
- Own vehicle is an advantage
Additional Information:
- Interviews will be conducted via video chat
- Part-time position, starting June 6th
- Must be comfortable traveling to events throughout the GTA
