We are seeking a bilingual Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is fluent in Mandarin to join our financial team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing financial transactions, and supporting clients with their banking needs. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their banking needs in Mandarin and English
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
- Manage cash drawer and perform cash management duties efficiently
- Provide information about bank products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investment options
- Upsell relevant banking products to meet customer needs and enhance client relationships
- Assist customers with account inquiries, updates, and problem resolution
- Promote financial literacy by explaining services and offering tailored solutions
- Maintain compliance with banking policies and security procedures
- Ensure all transactions are processed securely and accurately in accordance with regulatory standards
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or sales within a financial institution is preferred but not required
- Strong skills in cash handling, cashiering, and math are essential for accurate transaction processing
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English are required to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and professionalism
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
