Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. Responsibilities
- Deliver professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and treatment notes
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness strategies
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Uphold professional standards and adhere to licensing requirements at all times
- Maintain ongoing professional development through continuing education and training opportunities
- Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals
Skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and health conditions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client concerns
