Responsabilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
- Transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring safe handling of all items.
- Load and unload luggage from guest vehicles, taxis, and shuttle vans.
- Escort guests to rooms and provide information on hotel amenities and services.
- Provide directions and general information regarding the hotel and local area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and bell desk areas.
- Store guest luggage securely and maintain accurate records where required.
- Deliver guest amenities, messages, and packages in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with Front Desk and other departments to support guest service operations.
- Assist with guest flow during peak check-in and check-out periods.
- Operate hotel shuttle vehicle where required and qualified.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, consistent with the classification.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or guest service experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including:
o Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
o Pushing/pulling luggage carts
o Standing and walking for extended periods
- Working knowledge of the local area, including Vancouver International Airport, is an asset.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $20.57 per hour
