In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue in Airdrie and Cochrane. That means performing estimates, closing jobs, following up with customers, and building relationships that turn into repeat and recurring work. You’ll be selling everything from one-time services to larger packages and ongoing plans.
You’ll also be working in the field. This is non-negotiable. You’ll be completing services like window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing, while stepping in wherever your team needs support. You must be physically capable of ladder work, lifting, and working outdoors.
You’ll lead your team day-to-day. That includes training new technicians, coaching performance, holding people accountable, and building a strong, reliable crew. When needed, you’ll also be involved in hiring and developing your team to perform at a high level.
You are also responsible for the customer experience. Jobs need to run efficiently, communication needs to be clear, and any issues must be handled quickly and professionally. Everything you do should reflect the brand.
The Business Side
You’ll manage your numbers, track quotes and performance, support local marketing efforts, and ensure your area is operating profitably and hitting targets.

Requirements
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to perform the work.
Compensation
Base salary plus commission and performance-based bonuses. As your territory grows, so does your income.
