Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sandwich Artist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
Duties
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company standards and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food prep stations and dining spaces
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and answer any questions about menu items
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations during shifts
- Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt and friendly service
Skills
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
