We’re expanding into new markets and looking for driven, independent Leasing Agents to join us.
What This Role Really Is
This is not a traditional 9–5 job.
This is a freelance-style, independent agent opportunity. We're open to part-time and full-time available candidates.
- You manage your own schedule
- You are trained and supported
- You are given access to properties and inbound demand

No micromanagement. No fixed hours.
You are measured on results, not time spent.

Market units → Conduct tours → Process applications → Close leases.
Compensation
Commission Only – High Earning Potential
Top performers earn $8,000+ per month, with no income ceiling.
The more efficient and organized you are, the more you earn.
What You’ll Do
As a RentBolt Apartment & City Expert, you will:
- Market available properties across digital platforms
- Conduct property tours with prospective tenants
- Guide applicants through screening and documentation
- Coordinate background checks and verifications
- Successfully place tenants into homes
You become the trusted advisor for renters navigating a competitive market.
