Manage and coordinate every stage of the seller’s transaction process, ensuring smooth progression from the initial contract signing through to the successful closing of the sale
- Represent and advocate on behalf of sellers during negotiations to secure the best possible terms and conditions for their property sale
- Supervise all phases of the buyer’s transaction journey, guiding clients from the initial contract agreement through to the final closing, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently
- Actively negotiate on behalf of buyers to obtain favorable purchase terms, addressing any challenges or contingencies that arise during the transaction process
Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate sales, with a focus on estate properties preferred
- In-depth knowledge of estate sales processes, probate laws, and related legal documentation in Ontario
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work compassionately with clients during sensitive times
- Proven track record of successful estate property transactions and client satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple listings and coordinate with legal, financial, and family representatives
- Proficient in real estate software, MLS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid real estate license in the province of Ontario
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team at The Keitner Group
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all transactions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
