We're looking for a temporary Digital Engagement Coordinator to support our Customer Success team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in digital content management and platform administration. You'll work directly in the IHUBApp environment to help with client onboarding and content organization.
Content Migration: Move and organize digital content (articles, images, documents) from legacy systems into client IHUBApp instances.
Platform Testing (QA): Perform basic quality assurance checks on new features and report usability or user experience issues.
Channel Management: Set up and categorize digital engagement channels based on client requirements.
Asset Coordination: Organize and optimize digital media assets for mobile and web display.
Administrative Support: Assist the Customer Success team with documentation and flagging basic user inquiries.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable learning and working in new SaaS platforms and Content Management Systems (CMS).
Communication: Strong written English skills with the ability to draft clear, concise instructions.
Remote Readiness: Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
Attention to Detail: Able to handle repetitive data entry tasks accurately and consistently.
Availability: Able to commit to 35-40 hours per week for the duration of the contract.
