Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare with Care: Prepare food neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Be the Expert: Demonstrate a full understanding of the menu and accurately explain items to guests.
- Guest First: Greet guests warmly and take orders with a cheerful, helpful attitude.
- Stay Stocked: Monitor and restock products to maintain sufficient inventory throughout the shift.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures; perform cleaning duties as directed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the food service industry (preferred, but not required).
- Availability: Part-time position available for weekday lunch/Dinner hours and Weekends
- Reliability: Must be reliable, punctual, and a dedicated team player.
- Certification: Food Safe Level 1 is required
Wages & Growth:
- Starting Wage: $18.25/hour (plus potential for higher pay depending on experience).
- Growth Opportunity: Fast-track promotion to Shift Supervisor within 90 days for high-performing team members.
