Two parts to this job. Half the time you'll be detailing cars with the team, and the other half you'll be out knocking doors in neighbourhoods across Edmonton to bring in new clients.
No detailing experience required. We train you on all of that. What matters is that you show up on time, you're comfortable knocking on a stranger's door, and you actually care about doing good work.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior, exterior, and full detail jobs at client homes
- Canvass neighbourhoods to introduce the business and sign up new clients
- Keep the vehicle and equipment clean and organized between jobs
- Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and follow up after service
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- Comfortable knocking doors and talking to people face to face
- Able to do physical work (bending, lifting, on your feet for hours)
- Obsessiveness about not missing any details and getting the job done to completion
- Smartphone for scheduling and navigation

This ISN'T for you if:
- You don't have a reliable vehicle to get to job sites across Edmonton
- You're not comfortable working outdoors in summer heat for several hours straight
- You're not comfortable with early company startup pain
- You don't like lifting equipment (up to 50 lbs) and being on your feet all day iisn't something you're up for
- You need a fixed 9-to-5 schedule — our days flex based on bookings and some start early, some run late
- You wait to be told what to do next — we need people who see what needs doing and handle it
- You're looking for a desk job or something low-effort — this is physical, hands-on work
- Getting to different neighbourhoods across the city is a problem for you
- You're not comfortable talking to customers face-to-face and representing the brand professionally
- You don't like rejection from customer's telling 'you no'

Pay: $17.39-$26.00 per hour
