We are seeking a Business Development Representative to support commercial growth initiatives within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sector. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth across existing customers, inactive accounts, and new business opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to support commercial objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business growth by strengthening relationships with existing customers, re-engaging inactive accounts, and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend tailored products, services, and solutions to meet their needs.
- Oversee and expand an assigned portfolio of accounts to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, delivering timely, professional, and customer-focused support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless follow-up and execution of customer requests and orders.
- Stay informed on product offerings, promotional initiatives, sales strategies, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track commercial activities within the CRM platform.
- Contribute to process enhancements and provide support during high-volume business periods.
Your Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is considered an asset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
