Responsibilities include:
- Lawn cutting and property maintenance
- General repairs and odd jobs
- Running errands and picking up supplies
- Assisting with a variety of projects as they arise
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Other duties as required—no two days are the same!

Requirements
- Experience with landscape maintenance,
- Proficiency with hand tools such as shovels, rakes,
- Ability to operate power tools safely
- Strong maintenance skills with the ability to perform minor repairs effectively
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to property upkeep
Pay: From $17.84 per hour
Work Location: In person
