Summary
We are seeking a Marine and Powersports Accessory Installer to join our team in Innisfil. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our customers' boats , motorcycles and off road toys by installing high-quality accessories that align with their needs and servicing units as well. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional service and products.
Responsibilities
- Install accessories efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Perform vehicle maintenance checks to ensure compatibility of accessories.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and customer interactions.
- Troubleshoot any installation issues that may arise during the process.
- Ensure the workspace is clean and organized at all times.
- Stay updated on new products and installation techniques.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician or similar role in automotive or marine industries is an asset but not a necessity.
- You need to have a passion for the toys that we love to work on.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent ability to communicate and take direction effectively.
- Familiarity with electrical systems related to marine and powersports accessories is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely as required by the job.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
