We are seeking experienced flat roofing subcontractors to join our team in. This role is vital in helping us provide top-tier roofing solutions that align with our company's mission of quality and reliability. Responsibilities
- Work with TPO, EPDM, SBS, modified bitumen, and other flat roofing systems.
- Install, repair, and replace commercial flat roofing systems.
- Use hand tools effectively to complete roofing tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
- Assist in quality control inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
- Follow all applicable safety regulations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in flat roofing installation and repair.
- Strong construction or carpentry background.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- General liability insurance.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in roofing or restoration projects is preferred.
